Our room was really comfy and bright, with a big single bed. It was so spacious! 😊 the location was perfect - close to the park and just a short walk to both the town and city center.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Bright hotel unit with 4 beds. Unbeatable and stunning location to Chapel. Found in a good area next to the park, town centre and the shop for bottled water...

A family room with 4 beds here comes with all the essential amenities you'd expect. the staff are friendly and approachable to everyone. 😊

Conveniently located, one of the cheapest accomodations available in Bath (but still very expensive for budget travllers), helpful staff, quiet rooms
Our bed was incredibly noisy - just rolling over made it creak like crazy and the floorboards also creaked badly. Not exactly ideal for a decent nights sleep!

Got twin room with single bed when arrived, loved that. It was a magnificent location very close to the park and the town centre.

Location
Staff. One lady that was there in the evening (by herself and very busy!) was lovely. The other men behind the desk at all other times, were not very helpful.

Good location within flat area of Bath. Free parking in a city with poor and expensive parking facilities.
Uncomfortable bed. Noise from other rooms - crying baby, honeymoon couple.

The location was central, incredible really close to the city center. the room was good value for money and reasonably large with a bathroom. - the bed was comfy. - This hotel was ideal, and I would stay here again. I hope this meets your needs.

Location was the main reason for choosing this hotel, and the fact it was a reasonable price. The hotel staff were exceptional, some of the most helpful and friendly I have come across (and I stay at a lot of hotels!)
The room was very dusty and in need of a good spring clean. Also lots of stairs - there didn't appear to be lifts available.

The Hotel was perfectly situated, within walking distance of both the Railway Station and the The Royal Theatre
Some of the electrical appliances were unusable!

A comfortable bed would have been a good start!
The smell, the decor, the lack of cleanliness

The hotel is located quite near the downtown.
It is more like a guesthouse rather than a hotel.
